Finance

The City of Trinidad Finance Department is responsible for the accounting and utility functions of the City. 
 The Finance department consists of two offices: 

Accounting Office   
The Accounting Office duties include purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, marijuana tax collection, cash management, annual budget monitoring, financial reporting, financial assets management and annual audit preparation.   

Utility Office   
The Utility Office duties include billing, customer payments, customer account connects and disconnects, collections, and meter reads.
