New Customers or Existing Customers transferring utilities
Please complete and submit the Application to Start Service form to set up new utility services. 

All accounts will be assessed the applicable charges for deposits and connection fees. The charges are as follows:

Electric Deposits  
Residential $30.00
Residential Water Heater $5.00
Small Stores, Office Buildings, etc. $75.00
Restaurants, bars, taverns  $250.00
   
Gas Deposits  
Residential Gas  $50.00
Small Commercial  $125.00
Regular Commercial $250.00
Large Commercial $500.00

Water $7.50
   
Connect and Disconnect Fees  
Electric $10.00
Security Light $25.00
Gas (active) $10.00

Late fee
A penalty of 1.5% of the total past due bill will be added to the balance if it is not paid in full by the penalty date.  
Online Payment Fees
A credit card fee of 2.5% of the total and a $1.25 Municipal Online fee will be assessed per transaction.
